The Parent/Player Tryout Contract Packet consists of the following 12 documents and totals 27 pages. All players who receive a commitment from the coach to play on a Tornados team must print off each document and bring them to tryouts on July 1. Keep the documents in the order they are listed. You should receive the code for the password-protected forms from the Team Manager prior to printing.
